Upgrading from 1.4b to 1.4.1b

Before performing an update you should take your site offline by replacing the index.irev file with a static one.

Step 1: Update your revIgniter files

As stated in the change log file, extensions were changed to .lc due to modifications of the server installation on On-rev.

So, please replace the following files and folders (and it's content) with the new ones:

• index.lc
• system/database
• system/helpers
• system/language
• system/libraries
• system/plugins
• system/revigniter
• system/scaffolding

Add the following new folders:

• system/stacks
• system/application/stacks

Replace this file in your "system/application/config" folder with the new version:

• autoload.irev

Now change the file extension of all .irev files in "system/application" to .lc.

Step 2: Update your user guide

Please replace your local copy of the user guide with the new version.
